All our products come with 12 month warranty as standard covering repairs and services. Accidental damage is not covered by our warranty and any accidental damage repairs may be subject to additional costs

28 Days returns policy

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 28 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Konde warehouse for inspection, the refund will be processed.

● Returns must include all accessories

● Items must include original packaging unopened with the security seal intact

● For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs

● For non-quality related warranty claims, Konde refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself

● Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements

Refund requests for the 28 days return policy expire 28 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 28-day window has lapsed. 

Price includes tax for all UK purchases, international purchases custom fees and tax applies. 

We provide global shipping, providing you with a tracking number for your order so you never have to worry, wherever you are in the world we will ship to you.
